When it comes to running gear, most brands either nail the performance but overdo the branding or look great but don’t hold up on long runs. Path Projects? They get it right on both fronts.
We got a package from Path Projects, and to put it to the test, we had marathon runner Hasir Amir take everything on a 15-mile run to see how it held up in real-world conditions. Here’s what he thought—no fluff, no BS, just honest feedback.
What We Tested:
✔ Graves PX Shorts✔ Lynx PD Tights✔ Graves PX Shell Jacket✔ Basis Tee✔ Sentinel Full Tight
Let’s break it down.

First Impressions: Clean, Simple, No Gimmicks
One thing you’ll notice about Path Projects right away? No big flashy logos.
"I love that there's no giant branding all over this stuff," Hasir said. "A lot of running brands just slap their name everywhere. This? Clean, simple, and looks solid for both running and everyday wear."
But, let’s be real—who cares how it looks if it doesn’t perform? So, we put it through the wringer.
Graves PX Shorts: Storage That Actually Works
Most running shorts claim to have secure storage—but let’s be honest, half the time, your phone and gels are bouncing all over the place. These? Not a problem.
"I loaded up my shorts with my phone, a few gels, and my keys, and everything stayed in place. No bouncing, no annoying shifting. It actually felt like I wasn’t carrying anything at all."
Breathability was another big win.
"I sweat like crazy, and some shorts get heavy real fast. These didn’t. Even after 15 miles, they still felt light and dry."
✔ Best For: Long runs when you need pockets that actually hold your stuff without bouncing.
✔ Best For: Runners who need secure gel storage without messing up the fit of their tights.
Basis Tee: Lightweight and Breathable as Hell
Running shirts should be simple—breathable, light, and not clingy. This one checks every box.
"This is one of the most breathable shirts I’ve ever run in. Some shirts feel great at first but get sticky with sweat—this one stayed fresh the entire run."
And even after the run? Still solid.
"No weird smells, no heavy sweat patches. It dries fast, which is huge if you’re someone who sweats a lot."
✔ Best For: Any runner looking for a go-to training shirt that won’t turn into a sweaty mess.
Sentinel Full Tight: Comfortable, Durable, and Perfect for Cold Runs
Some tights feel paper-thin, and others make you feel like you’re wrapped in a wetsuit. The Sentinel Full Tight sits right in the middle—warm but breathable, snug but not restrictive.
"These tights just feel fast. I had full range of motion, and they stayed locked in place without constantly having to adjust them."
And durability?
"They don’t feel like they’ll rip or stretch out after a few runs. These things are built to last."
✔ Best For: Cold-weather training or runners who want tights that won’t wear out after a few long runs.
Graves PX Shell Jacket: Weather Protection Without the Overheating
Most weather-resistant jackets trap heat and turn you into a sweaty disaster. The Graves PX Shell Jacket didn’t do that—which is rare.
"I ran through light rain in this thing, and it held up great. Water rolled off, but I never felt overheated. That’s a hard balance to get right, but this jacket nailed it."
It’s lightweight enough to stash in a pack but protective enough for wind, light rain, and chilly mornings.
✔ Best For: Runners who need a weather-resistant jacket that doesn’t turn into a sweat sauna.
Final Verdict: Path Projects Delivers on Every Level
If you’re tired of big, flashy logos, poor storage, and gear that looks good but doesn’t perform, Path Projects is the real deal.
"This is hands down some of the best running gear I’ve worn. It’s breathable, functional, and actually designed for real runners. Everything stayed in place, nothing bounced, and I never felt overheated."
So if you need gear that actually works—whether for long runs, marathons, or everyday training—this is it.
